T he cassettes were underrepresented even in the 1990—although it must be noted that, with minor exceptions, every Pet Shop Boys single up until 1999 (New York City boy) have had its cassette version. Nevertheless, there are only two cassette versions of Being boring known (studio tapes not included):

T his is a standard cassette single, the exact equivalent of the vinyl single. The tracks are the same as on the 7”, although recorded twice (on both sides).

Semi-transparent cassette is packaged in standard slip-in paper sleeve with picture different from both 7” and 12” UK releases, completing a collection of three photos of Neil and Chris (United Kingdom being the only market in which all these were available).
